My family homesteaded what is now known as Reinheimer Ranch, and my great-great-grandfather, George McCoy, hauled ore over Trail Creek in the historic Ketchum ore wagons during the area’s early mining era. My great-great-grandmother, Sarah McCoy, was deeply involved in the community, finding purpose in giving back and supporting those around her. That legacy continues to influence my perspective, with an emphasis on community responsibility and long-term stewardship.


This history is not shared as nostalgia, but as perspective. It reflects a long-standing relationship with this place and an understanding of how the community has evolved over time. That perspective informs how I advise clients today—with care, responsibility, and a long-term view of value.
